Amended Order of Conditions

by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc. Assessor’s Map 38, Parcel 6. The proposed construction of an addition to an existing single family dwelling has been amended to expand an existing deck. Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank.
